- Orders are delivered between 9:00
A.M. and 8:00 P.M.
- Orders that are supposed to be delivered at any time despite this range, should be declared at least 24 hours in advance.
- Orders that are supposed to be delivered at a certain time, have to be declared at least 5 hours in advance.
- Orders for Sunday and national hollidays have to be declared 1 day in advance.
- In case of hotels, airports, bus stations, holliday resorts, fairs, hospitals, military units, etc. delivery to the person of interest cannot be guaranteed. Delivery will be done to the reception, stand, unit, stage/floor or to the security guard.
- Condition of wheather or traffic can be the cause of delay.
- For orders to be delivered out of the city center 5.000.000.- TL/5km will be charged after 15 km.s
- For some products, depending on seasonal changes, it is our right to use similar flowers and colors.
- Any change in the address or time of delivery or any cancellation should be declared at least 3 hours before the previously set delivery time.
- Orders at special days like New Year, Mothers Day or Valentin' s Day should be given as soon as possible (İt is important for the delivery time).
- It is impossible to make all deliveries at the same time for orders at special days like New Year, Mothers Day or Valentin' s Day. We try to do our best to be on time and we appologize in advance for any delay.

- No delivery will be made in the afternoon, on Saturdays.
- No delivery will be made on Sundays.
- No delivery will be made on regional hollidays, in the country of interest.
- No delivery will be made despite regular working hours.
- A certain delivery time for abroad orders cannot be set.
- Abroad orders have to be given 48 hours in advance for eastern countries with respect to Turkey, and 24 hours in advance for western countries.

- We will inform you about special holliday applications of different countries.
